<h2>Refund and Cancellation Policy</h2>

<div>Full payment is required at least two weeks prior to the booking.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 4 weekdays before the event start time. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours prior to the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event start time.</div>

<div>For cancellations made within<strong> 48 hours</strong> of the event, Host fees of <strong>$25 per hour</strong> will apply and must be covered by the Renter.</div>

<div>No-shows will be charged the full rental amount and applicable Host fees.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least&nbsp;<strong>72 hours prior</strong> to the original booking date. Any rescheduled event is subject to the terms of this cancellation policy.</div>

<div>Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within <strong>7-10 business</strong> days following cancellation approval.</div>
